The Ranger’s House in Blackheath is directly adjacent to Greenwich Park is an impressive red-brick mansion which dates back to the early 18th century. As the name suggests, the house was the residence of the title holder of the Ranger of Greenwich Park.
The house is now in the care of English Heritage and is home to the The Wernher Collection – a collection of works of art amassed by diamond magnate Sir Julius Wernher.
More recently, the property has achieved new fame as Bridgerton House in the hit Netflix series, Bridgerton.
